These Payment Terms and Conditions govern all online payments made to Ghanem Al Suwaidi Holdings for property rental and related real estate services. By proceeding with payment, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.
All payments are processed securely through SIB Bank’s N-Genius Payment Gateway. The company does not store any card or banking details.
Payments can be made using debit/credit cards supported by the N-Genius gateway. All transactions must be completed in AED.
All rental bookings or service confirmations are subject to full or agreed partial payment. A booking shall only be considered confirmed after successful payment authorization.
All prices are listed in AED and may include applicable taxes (VAT) as per UAE law. Ghanem Al Suwaidi Holdings reserves the right to modify pricing without prior notice.
All payments made are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Once a payment is made, cancellation requests will not be entertained. Customers are advised to carefully review all details before making payment.
In case of failed or declined transactions, the amount (if debited) will be reversed by the customer’s bank as per their policy. The company holds no responsibility for delays caused by banking institutions.
All payment transactions are encrypted and processed via secure SSL protocols through SIB N-Genius gateway ensuring maximum data protection.
Ghanem Al Suwaidi Holdings shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from payment failures, technical issues, or third-party gateway interruptions.
These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
The company reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be published on the official website.
