In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful,

When our founding father, Ghanem bin Saeed Matar Al Suwaidi, may he rest in peace, laid the foundations of this journey, he was building more than businesses: he was instilling authenticity, integrity and perseverance. Guided by these values, we began at sea in 1992 through EMIRATES SHIPPING, before expanding into construction, contracting and real estate investment. From the outset, we ensured that service to society remained at the heart of our journey, with the establishment of Manar Al Sabeel Quran Karim Keeping Centre.

We believe that true success is measured by the impact we leave on our society and what we build for future generations, rather than the scale of our investments alone. Today, we move forward with a renewed vision, led by talented young Emiratis. We uphold governance and institutional discipline, and confidently explore new opportunities that support the national economy and diversify sources of growth, guided by the vision of our wise leadership.
